Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with SNV Hub. Your satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy combines industry practices from AliExpress and Roposo Clout, with specific terms tailored for our business in India.


1. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • The order was not delivered within the estimated time.
  • You raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and fit for resale.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Items marked as “Non-returnable” or “Final Sale.”
  • Damage caused by the customer (e.g., improper handling or installation).
  • Customized or personalized items, unless they are defective on arrival.

3. Refund Process

To initiate a refund:

  1. Email us at srinivasnivas916@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your product.
  2. Include your order ID, photos of the product, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will verify the issue and respond within 48 hours.
  4. If approved, return instructions will be shared.
  5. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Return Shipping and RTO Charges

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, SNV Hub will cover the return shipping.
  • In case of order refusal, non-availability, or incorrect address, the shipment is marked as RTO (Return to Origin). In such cases:
    • A 30% RTO handling charge will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics and processing costs.
  • For returns due to change of mind or customer error, the customer must bear return shipping charges.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • After dispatch, you must wait for the product to be delivered and initiate a return.
  • RTO charges (30%) apply for unaccepted or undeliverable parcels.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank/UPI transaction history again.
  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.
